1. Free tracked delivery
Free tracked delivery is available across South Africa. Tracking details are sent by email as soon as they are available.

Delivery times are estimates. They may vary depending on the delivery address, carrier capacity, peak periods or events outside Buballoon’s control.
3. Order processing
Orders are prepared as quickly as possible. Missing or incorrect delivery information may delay dispatch or delivery.
4. Tracking
A tracking number is sent by email once available. Some carriers may take a few hours before the tracking link displays movement.
5. Delivery issue
If the parcel is delayed, blocked or appears damaged, contact support with your order number and any useful photos so the team can investigate.
6. Returns
Returns are handled according to the refund policy. Please contact support before sending anything back so the correct instructions can be provided.
