By placing an order on Buballoon South Africa, you confirm that the information submitted is accurate and that you accept the product, price, delivery details and terms displayed at checkout.

Products

Buballoon is a leisure product for children aged 3 and above. Adult supervision is required. The water and soap mixture is not food and must not be swallowed.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in South African rand. The amount payable is shown at checkout before you confirm the order. Payment is processed through the secure payment methods displayed at checkout.

Order confirmation

After a successful payment, an order confirmation is generated by the store. Please contact support if you do not receive it.

Delivery

Orders are prepared quickly and shipped with free tracking across South Africa. Estimated delivery is 5 to 10 working days depending on the delivery area.

Customer responsibility

The customer is responsible for entering a complete and correct delivery address, phone number and email address. Additional costs caused by incorrect delivery details may be charged to the customer.

Returns

You have 30 days after receipt to contact support if the product is not right for you. Returned products must be clean, complete and in reasonable condition unless the issue is a product fault.
