Buballoon South Africa ships across South Africa only.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery is 5 to 10 working days depending on the delivery area. Remote areas may take slightly longer depending on the carrier.

Tracking

Delivery is free and tracked. A tracking number is sent by email once the order has shipped.

Returns

You have 30 days after receipt to contact support if the product is not right for you. Contact support@buballoon.com with your order number before sending anything back.

Damaged parcel

If the parcel arrives damaged, contact support with photos of the parcel and product so the team can help you quickly.
