Returns and refunds
How returns, refunds, damaged products and the 30-day guarantee are handled.
1. 30-day satisfaction guarantee
30-day guarantee. If the product is not right for you, contact support within 30 days of receiving your order for return instructions.
2. Return conditions
- The product must be clean, complete and not damaged by misuse.
- Original packaging is recommended when still available.
- Returns should not be sent without first contacting support.
- A product damaged through improper use may be refused or partially refunded.
3. Return process
- Contact support@buballoon.com with your order number.
- Explain which item is concerned and why you wish to return it.
- Wait for return instructions before shipping the parcel.
- Keep the shipping receipt and tracking number.
4. Refund timing
Once the return is received and checked, the refund is issued to the original payment method when technically possible. The time needed for the refund to appear depends on the bank or payment provider.
5. Defective or incorrect item
If the item arrives damaged, defective or different from what was ordered, contact support with photos. Buballoon will offer an appropriate solution such as replacement, refund or another correction.
6. Cancellation before dispatch
If the order has not yet entered logistics processing, it may be possible to cancel it before dispatch. Contact support as quickly as possible.
7. VIP access
A VIP monthly charge corresponds to access for the relevant membership period. If there is a billing mistake or technical issue, contact support for review.
