The rules that apply to Buballoon South Africa orders, delivery, returns, guarantees and VIP access.
1. Scope
These terms apply to orders placed on the Buballoon South Africa website. By placing an order, the customer accepts the terms available at the time of purchase.
Buballoon sells bubble-themed leisure products and, when offered, a VIP access membership for private commercial benefits.
2. Products and offers
Product pages describe the main features: pack content, visuals, current offer, price, delivery, guarantees and included accessories. Images are illustrative and may vary slightly depending on screens, batches or accessories.
- Bundle offers such as “Buy 1 + Get 1 Free” and “Buy 2 + Get 2 Free” apply according to the selected pack.
- Free gifts are displayed on the product page and checkout summary when available.
- Offers may be limited by time, stock or delivery area.
3. Prices
Prices on the South Africa store are displayed in South African Rand. No VAT is added by the store for this market. The final amount is shown before payment, including discounts and delivery costs where applicable.
4. Orders
The customer must check the cart, email address, delivery address, country, province, postal code and phone number before validating the order. The customer is responsible for providing accurate information.
An order is confirmed after payment validation. A confirmation email is sent to the email address entered at checkout.
5. Secure payment
Payment is due immediately when the order is placed. Transactions are processed through a secure certified payment provider. Buballoon does not store full card numbers.
6. Delivery
Free tracked delivery is available across South Africa.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods, carrier delays or events outside Buballoon’s control.
7. Returns and refunds
The return and refund policy is available on the Refund policy page. Customers should contact support before sending any item back.
8. 30-day satisfaction guarantee
30-day satisfaction guarantee. If the product is not right for you, contact support within 30 days of receiving your order for return instructions.
9. VIP access
When offered, Buballoon VIP Access provides early access to private offers, member promotions and selected commercial benefits. VIP Access does not create an automatic monthly shipment of a lamp or accessory.

10. Personal information
Personal information is processed according to the Privacy policy.
11. Liability
Buballoon is not liable for misuse of a product, indirect damage, incorrect delivery information provided by the customer, or delays caused by events outside its control.
