Bundles and offers
The selected bundle defines what you receive. “Buy 1 + Get 1 Free” means you receive 2 lamps for the price displayed on that bundle.
The “Buy 2 + Get 2 Free” bundle includes 4 lamps. The price shown on the product page and checkout is the total bundle price.
If the order has not entered processing yet, contact support quickly. Once logistics processing starts, changes may no longer be possible.
A free gift must remain visible in the order summary. It is displayed at R0.00 when included in the offer.
Use and care
Buballoon can be used at home, outdoors, in a garden, on a patio or during family events under normal conditions and appropriate supervision.
Use a suitable bubble solution. If a liquid or accessory is included in an offer, it will be stated on the product page.
Wipe the product with a soft dry cloth. Avoid full immersion and follow the instructions provided with the product.
Contact support with your order number, a short description and, if possible, a photo or short video. The team will guide you through the correct solution.
Delivery and payment
Estimated delivery is 5 to 10 working days depending on the delivery area. Tracking is included.
Yes. Free tracked delivery is available across South Africa on the offers shown at checkout.
Check spam first and make sure the email address entered at checkout is correct. If needed, contact support with the name used for the order.
Yes. Payment is handled by a secure payment provider. Buballoon does not store full card numbers.
Guarantee, returns and refunds
You have a 30-day satisfaction guarantee after receiving your order. Contact support before sending anything back so the correct return instructions can be provided.
Send photos of the parcel, the product and your order number to support. The team will review and offer the appropriate solution.
The product should be returned clean, complete and not damaged by misuse. Full conditions are available in the refund policy.
After the return is received and checked, the refund is issued to the original payment method where technically possible. Bank processing time may vary.
